I was originally in residential sales in the bay area until 1989 when we moved to central valley and we purchased a business which also included 24 residential income units on it. I did all the property management for those and I ran our business which required many job functions which also were parallel to Real estate such as dealing with the public, dealing with inspectors and inspections, learning all the residency laws, evictions, advertising, and marketing and in general good strong intuition and horse sense.
