Two years ago, we moved to California from out of state. Once we found a home we liked, our real estate agent recommended Erick. Erick helped me through a process of buying my home, which I knew nothing about. My husband had passed away 3 yrs ago and I had to sell my home and rent a two bedroom duplex for my daughter and me. It has been almost 4 yrs since his passing, and I thought it’s time to move on and buy another house, where I can share with my daughter, my son and his wife.

When we bought my first house, my husband took care of everything. I didn’t understand the process of buying a home. When I started looking for a home again, my realtor referred me to Erick, who she said would be able to help me get into a good program that I could afford. So I talked it over with my son and his wife, and decided to pay Erick a visit. Right from the get go, I liked Erick right away. He made a good impression on me. He was not pushy or did not make me feel uncomfortable. I liked his personality too, and yet he was very professional as well.

When I decided to buy a home, I did not know what I had to do to get it. Erick helped me every step of the way. Even though there were some rough spots, he tried to ease the process as much as possible.

I also like the way he explained everything to me so I was not in the dark about anything. He even gave me his cell phone so I could call him day or night if I had any question about the process.

I never worked with a businessman so giving of himself. I wish there were more businessmen in the world like him, who are honest.

I would like to thank Erick again for helping me in this difficult transition. It has been a learning experience. If I know of anyone looking into buying a home, I would refer them to Erick, because I know he would treat them with respect as he did with me.
